This month’s Print of the Month comes from Snowdonia – Llyn Mwyngil, whilst it was captured almost seven years ago I still regard it as one of the most amazing reflections I have seen and certainly captured. I suspect some people assume the almost perfect symmetry was achieved with post-capture manipulation but I can assure that is not the case. What you see is what I saw. Believe it or not it was in October that the image was captured when I was out for a drive round Snowdonia looking for photo opportunities and just happened to glance back over my shoulder when driving along the lakeside. A quick park of the car, scramble over the wall and through the tall grasses at the side of the lake and I was in the perfect position to capture this wonderful scene, even if my feet were slightly wet.
Don’t forget that each image chosen will only be placed as Print of the Month once so if you like this particular image, buy it at the specially reduced price of 30% below normal prices (excluding postage) before the end of June.
